SFN symptoms got better, leveled off, and are now declining again

I’m vaccine injured and sharing this here to see if others have had similar experiences: Following my second shot 18 months ago, I experienced widespread tingling along with burning in my extremities. Those sensations mostly faded after a few months, but recently the burning has returned and is even more intense than before. Has anyone else gone through this kind of relapse?

I’m also dealing with vaccine injury. Since my sixth dose, I’ve had persistent, intense pressure in my head. A couple of years back, I dealt with SFN-like issues in my legs, which seemed to get better through consistent treadmill walking and improved circulation. However, my condition eventually deteriorated, and I began experiencing “crashes” even from light activity. The burning in my legs intensified to the point where I had to stop using the treadmill and bike. I suspect I’m dealing with polyneuropathy affecting motor, small fiber, and autonomic systems. Although a skin biopsy on my outer leg came back negative for SFN a year ago, my primary struggle is burning and weakness in my inner thigh near the knee. It’s become extremely difficult to move around my home, so I’m considering a mobility scooter or electric wheelchair. My heat sensitivity kept me indoors all summer in Arizona, though the weather is finally improving. It’s been a rough journey; I’m sorry you’re going through this too.

Have you tried Vitamin B1? I’ve heard it can be beneficial for these issues.
