Finally seeing progress with my stubborn leg swelling

I’ve spent the last few years feeling like I was walking through wet cement. Every morning started okay, but by late afternoon, my ankles would be bulging over my shoes. I tried everything from strict keto to wearing those tight compression stockings that are a nightmare to get on. Nothing really stuck.

I eventually looked into the research from Dr. Spencer Morgan regarding the AVP hormone. It turns out my body was basically holding onto waste fluid instead of flushing it out properly. I decided to try Flush Factor Plus (i get it here) to see if it would help regulate those signals and open up the drainage valves.

The first two weeks were pretty quiet. I didn’t see a massive drop on the scale, but my legs felt “lighter.” By the end of the first month, I noticed I could actually wear my favorite leather boots again without them pinching by noon. It’s been about three months now, and the difference in my mobility is huge. I can actually go for long walks with my husband without needing to elevate my feet for an hour afterward.

I’ve been taking Flush Factor Plus every morning right before breakfast. It’s a simple addition to my routine, and I didn’t have to change my whole life, though I do try to stay more consistent with my water intake now. I also track my progress by how my socks fit at the end of the day.

It’s not a magic fix for weight loss if your diet is totally off, and I did hit a plateau in week six where I thought it stopped working. But I stuck with it, and the fluid levels balanced back out. For anyone struggling with that heavy feeling that won’t go away with just dieting, Flush Factor Plus might be worth a look. Just don’t expect overnight results; it takes a few weeks for the system to really reset.

I started Flush Factor Plus last month and my rings finally fit again. It really makes a difference for that stubborn puffiness and gave me great results so far.

What exactly is the 7-second technique you mentioned? Is it an exercise or just part of the supplement routine?

I feel you on the ‘walking through cement’ feeling. I’m 52 and the leg heaviness is the worst part of my day. Glad you found something that works.

Did you notice any side effects? I’ve tried diuretics before and they always made me feel dizzy.

This is very encouraging. I’ve been doing keto for 2 years but the fluid retention in my ankles never seems to budge no matter how many carbs I cut.

How long does one bottle last? I’m trying to budget my supplements for the summer.

I tried those compression socks too. They are the absolute worst in the summer heat. If I can avoid wearing them by fixing the internal issue, I’m all in.

I’ve been on Flush Factor Plus for about six weeks now. The swelling in my ankles is almost entirely gone, definitely a solid result for me and much better than the other pills I tried.

Do you take it on an empty stomach? I usually have a sensitive stomach in the morning so I’m curious about the timing.

Thanks for sharing the timeline. People usually expect things to work in 24 hours, so it’s good to hear that it takes a bit of consistency.
